We are always interested to learn about other places that might make suitable candidates to join the Great Inns. The establishment should prefereably by privately owned, have 10-35 individually decorated bedrooms, attain high standards of food without being too formal, and have a bar that welcomes local people. Individuality is an essential feature of all Great Inns: it must have plenty of character.
