This restaurant with rooms is set in the picturesque village of Mellor, a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet conveniently located close to the M6 and the M65. Foodie fans are well catered for – the Millstone’s restaurant has 2 AA Rosettes and is the highest rated AA 2 star in Lancashire. Chef Patron Anson Bolton works closely with local suppliers; favourites include Morecambe Bay potted shrimps and Pendle Lamb, whilst daily specials supplement both the restaurant and bar menus.
