Once a month the oak-panelled Dining Room is open for you to book as if a normal restaurant. The Dining Room is normally used as a private room but its’ quieter, more formal atmosphere suits some of our guests and so we will make it available on selected dates. On each evening there is a set menu at £36 per person. For the next few months these are the relevant dates:

Saturday 23rd January – details below;
Fridays: 26th February; 26th March
30th April; 21st May; 25th June


DINNER IN THE DINING ROOM
Friday February 19th

Winter vegetable broth with parmesan and olive oil; or
Free-range chicken and jerusalem artichoke terrine with purple sprouting broccoli

Smoked Uig Lodge (Isle of Lewis) salmon with dill blinis and crème fraîche; or
Tortellini of Portland crab with a crab bisque

Venison (from Denham Estate) suet pudding with mashed potato; or
Bouillabaisse – classic Provencal fish stew, served with new potatoes

Both served with mixed winter greens
