Published to coincide with the launch of the `Paul Whittome Memorial Fund` (raising money for local people in need), the book is the brainchild of Hoste Chairman Jeanne Whittome,and is a great tribute to Paul and his passion for both The Hoste and the creative and classic dishes served at the hotel.
